My Name is Steve Martin, President and CEO of Element Aerospace, Inc. I have been in the Aerospace Industry for (43) years specializing in Cargo Power Drive Unit Manufacturing, and Servicing. I spent several years working for the OEM formerly known as Western Gear, TRW, Lucas Aerospace, and Goodrich / Utas.

During my career I have been personally responsible for influencing & setting up capability for Cargo Actuation Product Repair & Overhaul for (6) FAA/EASA Rated Repair Stations including (2) International Repair Stations for TRW/Lucas Aerospace, where I trained Technicians and Customer Support Staff.

After spending years developing FAA/EASA Rated Repair Stations for my former employers, it has always been my dream to own and operate my own FAA/EASA rated Repair Station. A few years ago (Oct-2017), I decided to take huge leap of faith, placed my trust in "God" and began the process once again to achieve my dream make it a reality for me and my family.

For the past 43 years I have gained the respect and trust globally of numerous suppliers, decision makers and high level executives in the Aerospace Industry. This trust and respect has been earned through excellent customer service, the quality of my work, knowledge of product and passion for the Aerospace Industry.

Element Aerospace, Inc. filed application with the FAA under the New "SAS" system requirements in early November 2017. Working closely with the FAA, I became knowledgeable and familiar in a short time with the FAA "SAS" requirements for opening an FAA Rated Repair Station. On March 29, 2018 my "Dream" came true as Element Aerospace, Inc. was approved and I was presented with my FAA Repair Station Certificate (34IR351D) for "Element Aerospace Inc." Soon after that (May/2018) I obtained EASA Approval Certification as well. (EASA.145.6821)

Element Aerospace Inc. is an MRO which specializes in sales and servicing of ATA Chapter 25 Component Part Accessory Repair which includes servicing "Wide Body" & "Narrow Body" Aircraft Cargo Systems across all aircraft types & component manufactures. The list of components serviced includes but is not limited to: Cargo Power Drive Units, Linear Actuators, Ball Panels, Roller Trays, Stop Locks, Lateral Guides, AC & DC Motors, Rollers (All types), Tray Guides, & Tray Locks.

I have assisted other Repair Stations with many years of expertise over the years with servicing these types of products and now welcome any and all opportunities to work once again with former customers, key contacts, & influential contacts domestically and internationally.
